BBQ Salmon Breakfast

Ingredients
200g Smoked salmon
1tbs  Coconut Oil
3 Chopped Celery Sticks
3tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1tsp Himalayan Rock Salt
Sprinkle of spices, Cajun BBQ, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Oregano, Coriander, Cayenne Pepper

Method
Remove the skin from the salmon,  then chop into chunks
Add the coconut oil to a frying pan, when melted add the salmon
Fry for a couple of minutes before adding the celery
Followed by the balsamic vinegar and spices
Cook until the salmon is opaque
Serve immediately
