Ingredients
200g Diced Chicken Breast
15g Coconut Oil
175g chopped peppers (1 large pepper or 2 small)
75g chopped onion (1 small onion)
1tbs Balsamic Vinegar
Himalayan Rock Salt
Black Pepper
1tbs Chinese 5 Spice Mix

Method
To a frying pan add the coconut oil and the diced chicken add the peppers and onion and stir
Add the balsamic vinegar, season with Himalayan salt and black pepper then add the Chinese 5 spice mix
Stir fry until the chicken is cooked properly and serve immediately
