Coming from an endurance background I always had a passion for outdoor challenges and regularly took part in triathlons, mud runs etc…but the long training hours and high carbohydrate diet resulted in me becoming the Skinny Fat Guy. (looks skinny with a gut, not a good look!!!)
I decided to take on the challenge and answer the question: Can you be strong, lean and fit at the same time?
It was challenging at the start and I made many mistakes along the way but now I have the knowledge and experience to coach clients to become STRONG, LEAN and FIT!!!
Changing your life can be really scary but it’s all about small changes done consistently over a period of time. It’s more important to get your mind in the right place for the journey than thinking of a quick fix. This is why gimmicky gadgets, fad diets, pills and potions ultimately FAIL…..they don’t change your mind-set which is required to transform your thinking and ultimately your body and never look back.
