Our distance personal training and program is the perfect alternative for anyone who is not able to work one-on-one with a trainer.With distance training you can work out on your own, whenever is most convenient for you.
Upon an initial evaluation and assessment you are given a personalized fitness program that is designed specifically for you, dependent on your needs and goals.
Your program will be designed around you, if you want a program to do in a gym, you get it, if you want one you can do at home with limited equipment we program around what you have. All of our programs are uniquely designed for each customer!
Our online program is for motivated individuals who can successfully work hard on their own without the need for a trainer to be constantly by your side to motivate. As part of your online fitness program you will also be given nutritional guidance with unlimited email support during your time as our client!
Once you start your distance training with Fitness Revolution, you are required to keep a fitness journal and e-mail it to your trainer weekly. Your progress is dependent upon keeping records and being accountable to yourself and your trainer.
