Ingredients
6 Free Range Eggs
1tsp water
1bs fresh double cream
1tsp Himalayan Rock Salt
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Paprika
1tbs Butter
Method
Crack the eggs into a bowl add the water, cream and seasoning
Beat until mixed well
Add the paprika and stir well
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add to the egg mixture, stir well and then pour the mixture into the hot pan
Keep stirring / mixing until cooked but still slightly moist
Serve Immediately
