HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Our semi-private training is a 12 WEEK PROGRAM that delivers outstanding changes in body composition. It allows you to work exclusively with your trainer of choice and get the best possible service to guarantee you results.

There are 3 sessions with your coach every single week for the 12 week period. During this time you will be assessed and then re-assessed throughout so that we know exactly what changes are required from your body and change it for you there and then.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INVOLVE?

The problem most people face is doing the same workouts day in day out without any progression. In this program we teach you how to progress and keep your body stimulated so you don’t plateau.

ASSESSMENT – We do assessments throughout the 12 week program to ensure you are making the necessary changes required to get you to your end goal. We discuss your goals, map out a plan of action and make sure we are hitting our targets. There is nothing more satisfying than hitting your targets to keep you motivated and moving forward.

WORKOUTS – Our workouts incorporate many methods of training including weight training, cardio, Kettlebells, Pad Work, HIT training. This variance of working out allows you to have many tools at your disposal, keeps your body guessing and working to its max, and workout is designed to release your optimal hormonal output for ideal body composition changes.

NUTRITION – Our nutrition is designed and customised to your specific needs for the goals we discuss throughout your 12 week plan. We will made changes to your plans when your assessments tell us they are needed. We work had with you to make the plan fit into your lifestyle not the other way round.
