Slow Cooker Bolognese

Ingredients
1kg Beef Mince
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion
3 Medium Garlic Cloves
100g Mushrooms
1 tsp Paprika
1 Organic Vegetable Stock Cube
1 tsp Himalayan Rock Salt
1 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tomatoes
2 Rosemary Stalks

Method
Place the minced beef into a slow cooker.
Chop the tomatoes and place in the cooker
Slice the mushrooms, peppers and onion and add to the cooker
Add the paprika, balsamic vinegar and salt
Crumble the stock cube into the pan
Peel and slice the garlic and add to the cooker
Chop the rosemary and sprinkle over the ingredients
Cook on a low heat for 6 hours.   Give it a good stir once cooked
Serve with Courgetti for a delicious healthy Spag Bol !
