Ingredients
8 boned & skinned Chicken Thighs
200g button mushrooms
1 large pepper, diced
25g chopped parsley (large handful)
2 Cloves Garlic
1tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Organic Chicken stock cube
1 jar black olives
700g Pasatta

Method
Into a slow cooker, place the chicken thighs, mushrooms, pepper, parsley, garlic add the salt, stock, olives and pasatta, give the mixture a good stir
Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours
High heat for 3-4 hours
Stir well and serve
