Avocado Chips

Ingredients

Himalayan Salt
Balsamic Vinegar
2 Avocados

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C
Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and slice into chips.
Peel the skin and place onto a baking tray covered with foil
Cover in balsamic vinegar add Himalayan rock salt
Bake for 15 minutes
Serve & enjoy

Optional:- Add more balsamic vinegar and rock salt
